Jill´s sour cream cinnamon cake
2 cups sugar
1 cup fat
2 eggs
1 cup soured cream
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp salt
3 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup chopped nuts
Mix sugar and fat. Add eggs, fold in soured cream.Gradually add flour,
baking powder, salt, vanilla. Put half of the mixture in a greased and
floured tin. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and put half of the
mixture onto the cake. Cover with the cake mixture and top with
remaining nut mixture.
Bake 1-1 ½ hours
350°F 175°C Gas 4
