Tiia´s Carrot Cake
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 cups carrots
1 cup oil
4 eggs
In a bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, add carrots, oil and eggs. Pour into greased baking tins (9x15 inch)
Bake in a 350 °F (180 °C) oven for 30-35 minutes.
Raisin and nut carrot cake
Stir in ½ cup raisins and a half cup nuts
